Do you have personal experience as a patient or caregiver? Do you find it easy to empathize with people who are dealing with a medical diagnosis? Would you find it rewarding to help people from the comfort of your home or a remote office?
We are looking for people with a combination of personal and professional skills to provide frontline services for a program designed to help people taking an anti-inflammatory drug get the most out of their treatment. In this unique role, you will provide support services to a group of people who are taking an anti-inflammatory drug. On a typical day you might call to check on people in your group, answer questions they may have, inform them of benefits they may be eligible for, and make follow up calls to inquire about prescription discounts and other benefits that you could set up on their behalf.
Your group could consist of several hundred people whom you will be responsible for contacting and following up on any questions, concerns or action items from your calls. You will be providing this professional support service on behalf of the drug manufacturer, and will not be providing medical advice.
To be successful in this role, you should be willing and to be available around 30 hours each week so that you can provide consistent and timely support to people in need.
